Edeka Gartenstadt (Edeka Schätz) has won the IHK Real Estate Award 2022 in the “New Construction” category. The pilot project for the sustainable utilisation of a space-reduced existing inner-city facility is groundbreaking in terms of land consumption and sustainability.
This project proves that good concepts can succeed in redesigning and permanently preserving important, decentralised neighbourhood infrastructure with high-quality architecture.
